Welcome to the Teen Area

This area of the Groton Public Library is dedicated to students in grades 6-12. Everyone is welcome to browse for books, but only teenagers may use this space. We are excited to offer many fun and exciting teen programs and events!  Check our calendar for information on upcoming activities.

We offer 50 Books Before High School and 100 Books Before Graduation Reading Challenges.

These programs were made possible by a generous donation from The Circle of Friends and sponsorship from Bank Square Books.

Teen Volunteer Program
Volunteering is open to teens in grades 6-12. We have a variety of volunteer opportunities that are offered year-round, but we are busiest in the summer. If interested, please visit the library and complete an application at the Information Desk.
