From March 22nd to April 5th 2021; the Town of Groton will be surveying residents by telephone to measure your interest and preference for some potential developments in Town. 

The survey itself will be conducted by GreatBlue Research Inc., a professional research firm located in Glastonbury, CT. This survey will be vital in helping the Town understand your opinions and priorities and guide us in making development decisions moving forward. Take the GreatBlue Research Survey today at

During the phone survey, a random sample of residents will be called and the name of the firm ("GreatBlue") will show up on the caller ID should you have the technology at your home, office, or on your mobile device. If you do not have the technology, the phone number that appears will be 860-740-4005, -4006, -4007.

An online survey will also be administered from April 5th to April 16th if you wish to complete digitally and the survey will come from @greatblueresearch.com.

As required by the Code of Ethics on the National Council  on Public Polls and the United States Privacy Act of 1974, GreatBlue Research, Inc maintains the anonymity of respondents to surveys the firm conducts. No information will be released that might, in any way, reveal the identity of the respondent. All phone attempts are conducted by live callers.
