Zoom Meetings
Town Meetings will be conducted through Zoom. The Town Council, Committee of the Whole and RTM meetings will be viewable live on GMTV. For all other meetings, please visit the Zoom Meetings page.

Citizen's Petitions/Public Hearing Comments
If you wish to comment on a future public hearing, citizens comments or citizen’s petitions for upcoming meetings, please email your comment to council@groton-ct.gov OR you can request to speak during the public hearing at the virtual meeting. If you would like to speak at the meeting, please submit your name and phone number to the email above. We will follow up with the Zoom information once it is scheduled. If you choose to submit your comments/concerns in writing, they will become part of the official record of that meeting. You may also mail correspondence to the Town Manager, Town of Groton 45 Fort Hill Road, Groton, CT. 06340.
