Music for Mental Wellness: The Groton Public Library welcomes Peyton Mayzel, a board-certified music therapist, who helps young people express themselves through music. Join in creating playlists, music making, and talking about how music relates to emotions. This program helps to build mental wellness and communication skills, and is intended for teens and tweens 12 and up.
